1. Who we are

2. Prices

Prices are in South African Rand. Checkout totals include VAT at 15% and show delivery separately. The total shown when you place your order is the amount you pay. If prices or stock change while you are checking out, we ask you to review the new total before the order is placed. If an obvious pricing error slips through, we will contact you before processing and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Your order and payment

After you place an order we email an acknowledgement with your order number. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received in full.

• Ozow instant EFT: you pay from your own bank through Ozow's secure page. We never see or store your banking login details.
• Direct deposit (EFT): pay into the account shown on your order page, using your order number as the reference. Your order is confirmed when the funds reflect in our account.
• Orders not paid within 7 days are cancelled automatically.
• We will never change our banking details by email. If you receive a message with different banking details, do not pay - call us first.

4. Stock

Stock levels come from our suppliers and are confirmed when your payment is received. If an item is no longer available, we will offer you an alternative or refund that item in full.

5. Branded items

• We prepare a digital proof of your branding. Production starts only after you approve the proof in writing, and production lead times run from that approval.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo and artwork you send us.
• Embroidery thread and print colours are matched as closely as the method allows and may vary slightly from screen colours.

6. Delivery and collection

Courier delivery is available within South Africa at the fee shown at checkout, or you may collect from our workshop free of charge. Please check your goods when they arrive and tell us about any damage or shortage within 2 business days.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

• Unbranded items: where the cooling-off right in the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, you may cancel within 7 days of receiving the goods and return them unused and in their original packaging. We refund within 30 days of cancellation; the cost of returning the goods is yours.
• Branded or personalised items are made to your specification, so the cooling-off right does not apply to them. They cannot be cancelled once you have approved the proof and production has started.
• Defective goods are repaired, replaced or refunded in line with the Consumer Protection Act where it applies to you.
• Refunds are paid by EFT to the account the payment came from.

8. Your personal information

We process your details under the Protection of Personal Information Act to process your order, payment and delivery, to give you service on this order, and to keep the business records the law requires (for example, tax records). We share only what is needed with our payment provider (Ozow), courier and suppliers. We send marketing only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. You may ask us for access to, or correction of, your information by contacting hitesh@jozirepublik.co.za.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If something goes wrong, please contact us first - we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
